Over my 10+ years in design, I have led building e-commerce experiences in B2C marketplaces and B2B SaaS solutions, and scaled end to end Payment experiences. I take pride in celebrating my team's performance and contribution TCGplayer's $295M acquisition by eBay, and GoDaddy Commerce's scaling success today.

I have scaled design teams in both start-up, hyper growth, and global enterprise environments. Across these experiences, I've led the integration of UX research programs, customer personas, data driven design methodologies, design thinking workshops, the leveling up of end to end, omni-channel experiences, and streamlined design operations.
